Step-by-step

What each step delivers, and how long it takes.

    Assess and Prioritize

    1–2 weeks

    We evaluate the client's operation, identify the most valuable improvement opportunities, and prioritize the use case or process with the strongest business impact.

  2. 2

    Deep Dive and Model the Process

    2–3 weeks

    We refine the selected use case, map variables and constraints, and translate the process logic into an equivalent multivariate mathematical model.

  3. 3

    Connect and Prepare the Data

    2–4 weeks

    We access, integrate, ingest, validate, and process the required data sources. When needed, this also includes IoT and OT integration.

  4. 4

    Develop and Train the AI

    3–4 weeks

    We build, model, and train the AI logic needed to identify patterns, improve decisions, and optimize the process dynamically.

    Validate Through a Proof of Concept

    4–6 weeks Shadow-run trust gate

    We test the model in a controlled scenario via 30-day shadow runs, adjust based on results, and track target outcomes against expected business benefits.

    Build the User and Execution Layer

    3–4 weeks

    We develop the supporting software components required for adoption and action: dashboards, analytic insights, reports, alarms, and business-user tools.

    Scale, Integrate, and Improve Continuously

    Ongoing

    We connect insights back into core industrial systems, scale the solution for production use, and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
